The Miracle Life of Edgar Mint, a drama that follows the life of a young half-Apache boy who is injured when run over by a mail truck. After being released from the hospital, he begins a new life, living with a Mormon foster family. ***NEW The Truth Is Always Complicated, a drama about a couple taken hostage in their home by an intruder. The simple home invasion robbery turns into something much more complicated. Unthinkable, a suspense thriller that focuses on the threat posed to the United States when three nuclear devices are hidden by a single terrorist. Glee, a one-hour comedy for Fox that is set in the cutthroat world of high school glee clubs. The show will include musical numbers and revolve around a Spanish teacher who takes over the glee club at an Ohio high school. Hung, a dark comedy for HBO about a well-endowed middle-aged man, a struggling father and high school basketball coach, who figures out a way to make use of his best asset. Lost & Found, a one-hour drama for NBC that centers on a quirky, offbeat female LAPD detective who, after butting heads with her bosses, is sent to the basement to work on John Doe and Jane Doe cases. Off Duty, a half-hour single-camera comedy for NBC that revolves around cops who can't seem to leave their jobs at the station at the end of the day. The Washingtonienne, a half-hour comedy for HBO based on the book by Jessica Cutler that describes Cutler's experiences as a staffer for Republican Senator Mike DeWine. She was fired after excerpts from her online sex diary were posted on the political blog Wonkette.com. Sarah Jessica Parker is among the executive producers. MOWs/MINISERIES

***NEW Temple Grandin, a biopic for HBO that tells the story of Temple Grandin, one of the leading speakers on autism, who overcame the limitations imposed by the disorder to become one of the top scientists in humane livestock handling. NEW TV SERIES

90210, a one-hour drama for the CW that is a contemporary spinoff of the old series, looking at the beautiful people through the eyes of three generations of a family new to Beverly Hills. Chocolate News, a half-hour fake magazine show for Comedy Central. David Alan Grier will host the show, which will take a comedic look at the world from an African-American perspective. Casting: Julie Ashton Casting, 6715 Hollywood Blvd., Ste. 203, L.A., CA 90028. Premiere: Oct. 15.

Do Not Disturb, a multicamera half-hour workplace comedy for Fox that revolves around a management team behind one of the hottest and hippest hotels in New York City. Dollhouse, a one-hour sci-fi drama for Fox that follows a group of characters imprinted with personalities and abilities needed to carry out missions. Afterward, their memories are erased. Eleventh Hour, an action series for CBS based on a British series of the same name. The series follows the adventures of a brilliant biophysicist and special science adviser to the government as he investigates scientific crises with the help of the FBI. The Ex List, a dramedy for CBS based on the Israeli series Mythological X. The series will follow a woman who is told by a psychic that she will get married in a year to a man she's already met. She decides to go about contacting all her former boyfriends. The cast includes Elizabeth Reaser, Rachel Boston, Adam Rothenberg, Alexandra Breckenridge, and Amir Talai. Gary Unmarried, a half-hour comedy for CBS that follows a recently divorced couple and their kids as they embark on finding new relationships after 15 years of marriage. Harper's Island, a murder-mystery series for CBS that revolves around a group of friends who are terrorized when they meet for a wedding on an island off the Seattle coast. Kath & Kim, a half-hour single-camera comedy for NBC based on the Australian series of the same name. The series focuses on the dysfunctional relationship between a mother and daughter. Knight Rider, the 1980s hit series, returning to NBC after the successful television movie aired last February. The cast includes Justin Bruening, Deanna Russo, Bruce Davison, and Sydney Tamiia Poitier, with Val Kilmer as the voice of KITT the car. Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire, a live-action fantasy-comedy for Comedy Central that follows the adventures of a reluctant hero in a medieval world. Leverage, a one-hour action drama for TNT that follows a former insurance investigator who puts together a team of highly skilled thieves who act as modern-day Robin Hoods. The cast includes Timothy Hutton, Beth Riesgraf, Aldis Hodge, Christian Kane, and Gina Bellman. Executive producers are Dean Devlon, Chris Downey, and John Rogers. Mental, a one-hour series for Fox International Channel to be broadcast throughout Latin America, Europe, and Asia. No U.S. network has been set. The series focuses on an ambitious psychiatrist in a psychiatric hospital and shoots in Bogota, Colombia. The cast includes Jacqueline McKenzie, Derek Webster, Nicholas Gonzalez, and Marisa Ramirez. The Mentalist, a one-hour drama series for CBS that follows a deceptive celebrity psychic who puts his observational skills to use working for law enforcement. Sons of Anarchy, a drama for FX about an outlaw motorcycle club's efforts to protect its California town from drug dealers and corporate developers.
