Production Description

TAPNYC, a company that assists its members in landing agents and getting work through industry showcases and plays, is casting "A Night to Be Scene," its annual two-week featured actor fall boot camp show. The show is a full-length scene and sketch comedy showcase, exclusively featuring original works by company writers. Producer states: "The show will be attended by 20+ agents and managers. Only 10 to 15 actors will be selected."

Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations

Rehearses Oct. 21-31; showcase performs Nov. 1 in NYC.

Compensation & Union Contract Details

Boot camp dues are $1,500 and include group and private coaching, intense daily rehearsals, exclusive showcase at The Triad, exposure to 20+ agents/managers, referral to an agent and/or manager, one-year membership in the TAPNYC ensemble program, and headshots from Studio 7 Photography. Payment plans are available. No pay.
