Uhuru: (Chorus / Ensemble) (Freedom), while this is an ensemble piece she is a definitive leader particularly at the plays beginning and end, is constantly seeking freedom, “a better definition of herself,” and provoking other characters to the same end, without freedom, dreams, purpose, and faith are lost.
