Ken: (Lead) to play 18-20, must be 18 years old by first rehearsal, fit/trim, clean-shaven, 5'11-6'3", athletic, Malibu-surfer type, sporty cool with style; strong singer, with good pop sensibility, must have solid Gs, and able to float a mixed/head-voice A, high baritone.
