Role Description

Box Office Staff: (Supporting) A minimum of three years’ experience working in professional theater settings required, familiarity with Ovation Tix or similar systems, past experience in a performing arts center handling different clients daily is a plus. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail in record keeping with cash and credit card transactions. These positions require the highest level of customer service and an eagerness and ability to positively engage with students, high level University employees, and outside clients. Management of student cashiers will be a major portion of the job along with building the sale of a large variety of performances - often a different event (or several each day) and running a busy ticket resale operation.
