Production Description
Piano Man Pictures is casting "The Moon," a student film.
Producer's description: "A breezy lifeless street corner at night. A whorehouse lit in neon. This is the moon. 100 years from now it has been designated as the international territory for illicit activity. Casinos, prostitution, drugs. This is where the world comes to 'have fun.' Brighton, an ex-astronaut, is stepping into oncoming traffic when he is interrupted by Philip. Philip, a former space camp student of Brighton's, has become a prostitute, getting his kicks seducing old men. Brighton, drunk, can't bear to see everything he's worked for thrown away: opportunity and progress. But, what would people rather have? Brighton, the moon, and the human race are all in jeopardy for the sake of 'a good time.'"
