What You’ll Be Doing

- Connecting with customers via chat, phone, and email to help them navigate NYC's local learning world
- Delivering on CourseHorse's core promise: to be an incredibly supportive destination for learning
- Proactively solve problems: there's no manual, and you must be capable and responsible to write it for us
- Structuring our customer service for scalability; you'll be setting the tone for how we delight our customers from here on out
- Customer research: customer service is the best way to test new initiatives and learn more about our customers
- Social media: eventually this role will become tightly bound with all of our social media initiatives
- Learning a ton about every aspect of building a start-up
