Role Description

Sophie Washington: (Supporting) medium-to-light complexion, tough-as-nails frontier woman, born into slavery. Carries a shotgun, and can swing an ax better than any man. She tends to lack feminine graces. Strong believer in women owning their own land. As a single woman, she has used all the skills and strength gained during her former bondage as a slave to maintain her independence and create a better life in the west.
