Production Description

Seeking a Corporate Event Coordinator to work per diem at corporation health fairs across NY, NJ and CT.

Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations

Corporate Health Fairs are ongoing throughout NY, NJ & CT.

Compensation & Union Contract Details

Pays $150 per 3 hour event; Each 3 hour event = 5.5 hours of work. Rate increases for longer events, for overnight stays, and for overnight travel.

Health Fairs Direct is a corporate health and wellness promotions and screening company. We have been in business since 1997 and have led the corporate health and wellness event industry for many years. We run over 500 corporate wellness events annually.

We are still a small and nimble organization with the ability to quickly respond to client needs as well as to advancements in the industry. We have often led the field in innovation and we have helped to shape the industry. We have been published, republished, quoted and referenced by industry associations, magazines, competitors and others. We know the industry and are widely recognized for our know-how. We offer all of the corporate wellness services that are currently available and use those to create healthy behavior change in corporate employees across the US and in Canada. These include health fairs, wellness screenings, flu shot delivery, pampering events, employee appreciation events, nutrition programs, team challenges and other incentives.

We are developing a distributor network across the US and Canada and are working with other health and wellness companies who resell our products and services. We work off of statistics in running our business and can tell how we are doing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This management tool, developed by L Ron Hubbard, allows us to truly see what’s going on. Our staff is rewarded based on their statistics. We are growing rapidly in both our product and service offerings as well as our market share.

We are becoming more in demand for our professional knowledge of this expanding and changing industry. We are sought after for speaking engagements, webinars, blogs, articles, partnerships, etc. We are increasing our market share nationally and will be taking a city by city approach in the future with the possibility of opening satellite offices in prime markets. We will be tripling our exhibitor network and will be opening up overseas markets for our online wellness products.We are a well-established organization within a rapidly growing industry. There is plenty of room for growth and lots of challenges that need to be met. We are a very dynamic group who is never without a project or challenge to take on.

The backbone of everything we do is to help people become healthy and stay healthy without the need for drugs, surgery or psychiatry. You will be helping to educate people across the country about being healthy and helping thousands of at risk people to receive the help that they need before their conditions become chronic or worse. We always allow for promotions within our staff and allow our staff to grow into, or to assist with, whatever position within the organization that they are willing and able to take on providing we believe they can handle the responsibilities and duties of the new position and we have someone else to take over their current position.
