Casting a live action version of the cult videogame "Hotline Miami" Set in the neon '80s, the aesthetic take heavily from early Carpenter, and Walter Hill films. Following the terrible murders of the major mob bosses in Miami by a mask killer over a year ago, a slew of "fans" hope to recreate the violence that sent an entire city pining for civility.
