Casting "Is He Dead," a show which is billed as a new comedy by Mark Twain. A farce in the tradition of "Charley’s Aunt," a vigorous production which strongly shows its 19th century roots, including direct audience address, asides, musical numbers, 19th century scenic conventions (such as footlights), and highly choreographed movement.

Performances will be Sept. 13-Oct. 6 at the Adobe Theater in Albuquerque, NM.

a friend of Millet, stage stereotype of a stolid German.

Millet’s sweetheart, the ingénue, she has a lovely sister (Cecile) and a feckless but romantic widowed father.
