Casting "LazyTown," a BAFTA-winning, Emmy-nominated children's television program produced in Iceland.

Shoots April 1-Jul. 30, 2014 in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Compensation & Union Contract Details

Pays: $10,000/episode (13 episode minimum); total buyout, royalty free, worldwide, in perpetuity, and all media. The producers are seeking both union and nonunion performers for this production, but no union contract is currently planned. Union performers should check with their union before accepting any work.

About 'LazyTown'

LazyTown is produced in Iceland with a cast and crew from Iceland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It was created by Magnus Scheving, a gymnastics champion and CEO of LazyTown Entertainment, who has starred in the show as Sportacus. The show has been highly successful, airing in over 100 countries, in 128 markets, in more than 30 languages. A total of 79 episodes of LazyTown have been produced to date. Thirteen new episodes are being produced starting in 2014 with an additional 13 planned for 2015.
