Production Description
The Negro Ensemble Company is seeking participants for its upcoming Winter/Spring 2013 acting, screenwriting, and playwriting workshops taught by award-winning theater professionals. Offerings include: Comedy Development with Marianne Aadla (Mondays, 10 weeks); Actor Intensive with Marie McKinney (Tuesdays, 10 weeks); Basic Acting with Kim Weston-Moran (Wednesdays, 12 weeks); Basic Directing with Bette Howard (Thursdays, 10 weeks); and a Master Class with Charles Weldon (Mondays, 10 weeks). Notable NEC alumni include Samuel L. Jackson, Tony-winner Phylicia Rashad, and Oscar-winner Denzel Washington.
Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations
