Casting the Northlight Theatre 2014-2015 season. Season includes "Commons of Pensacola" (Rehearsals begin Aug. 21; runs Sept. 29-Oct. 19), "The Mousetrap" (Rehearsals begin Oct. 16; runs Nov. 14-Dec. 14), "White Guy on the Bus" (Rehearsals begin Jan. 2, 2015; runs Jan. 30-Mar. 1, 2015), a TBA show (Rehearsals begin Feb. 19, 2015; runs Mar. 20-Apr. 19), and "Shining Lives" (Rehearsals begin Apr. 16, 2015; runs May 15-June 14).

Season rehearses and performs in Skokie, IL.
Compensation & Union Contract Details
Pays $753/wk. Equity LORT Non-Rep C Contract.
* Northlight Theatre has posted monologues for the 2014-15 season on our website at www.northlighttheatre.org under the “about us” page, in casting opportunities. All scripts will be available at the AEA office at Reception.
• All roles in THE MOUSETRAP require a British accent, with the exception of Parvicini, whose accent should be “foreign.” All ethnicities encouraged to audition.
• Actors auditioning for SHINING LIVES should audition on Monday, March 24th and prepare no more than 32 bars of a pop song from the 1920s or 30s--or a folk song. An accompanist will be provided. If you can play a musical instrument, please bring it and be prepared to play it.
Northlight Theatre will announce their 5th show, and have another EPA for an additional audition day.

Catherine Donohue: ambitious and earnest young woman. Wife of Tom and mother of two.
Frances: sweet, gossipy young woman.
Charlotte: sassy, chatty, hardworking independent young woman.
Pearl: sweet, joking young woman.
Tom Donohue: Catherine's strong, loving husband.
Mr. Reed and others: Radium Dial supervisor. Doctors, judges, lawyers.
