Production Description

Casting productions for Norwegian Cruise Line, Pride of America. Production states: "Attention all Gleeks and Hollywood Musical Freaks. Come be a part of two new shows on Norwegian Cruise Line’s Pride of America in Hawaii. First, a “Pop/Rock” original musical that features two rival Glee Clubs who travel to Hawaii for a fun filled “Elvis” sing off in hopes of winning the World Championship choreographed by Broadway’s own, Rachelle Rak. Then take a journey through the glitz and glamour of the Hollywood movie musical that highlights some of the greatest song and dance moments in history. So, “Get out your tap shoes Francis, Norwegian Cruise Line is doin’ a show.”

Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations

Contract begins Sept. 8, 2014 to Tampa, FL; rehearsals begin Sept. 9, 2014 in Tampa, FL; board ship Oct. 18, 2014 in HI; ends Apr. 12, 2015.

Compensation & Union Contract Details

Pays: $700/wk. min. for dancers; pays $850/wk. min. for singers. The producers are seeking both union and nonunion performers for this production, but no union contract is currently planned. Union performers should check with their union before accepting any work.
