Production Description

Casting "Medusa," a student film for New York Film Academy. Director states: "What would happen if Greek mythological creatures found their way into today’s world? In a city like New York, filled with a population of 8 million people that have 8 million unique eccentricities, these creatures could blend seemingly. Therefore, it would take a very unique eye to find them.
Peter has been chosen by Athena and Hermes to fulfill the mission of finding and killing Medusa, a mythological woman who can turn people into stone. The Gods manifest themselves to Peter as auditory hallucinations, just like those experienced by schizophrenics. For this reason, after Peter has accomplished his mission, he is seen by society as a psychopath rather than a hero who had a broader vision than everyone else."
