Role Description

Juan: (Lead) a Latin American immigrant who recently arrived in America, works as dishwasher and tries to get along with his co-workers who are rude at first because he is the new guy, but then they try to "Americanize" him; he resists because he is afraid of changing who he really is and denying his roots; actor must speak fluent Spanish.
