Production Description
Painted Woman Productions is casting "Painted Woman," a musical about Picasso's third muse, Dora Maar. The story takes place in Paris during WWII, where Dora Maar is a famous photographer (before meeting Picasso). The play is a colorful production that explores how Dora influenced a new phase of cubism and fought to keep her identity as an artist whilst being Picasso's lover.
Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations
Rehearsals begin March 9; performs April 2 in NYC.
