Production Description

Need additional actors for continuous run of production. Actors that have an interest in this production must visit one of the performance event on March 22 @ 8pm of March 23 & 24 @ 3pm or 8pm. Bring headshot and resume to the performance. Production Assistant will collect all headshots. Actor should be able to know script within two weeks. $15.00 for admittance. Base on submission actors will be required to audition on April 10, 2013 at the Producers Club Theatre 6pm -10pm. View production and see if you want to be apart of the team.

KENT WARD - Construction worker and musician. He immigrated to the USA since the 1980’s. Married, but separated legally for six years. He is ambitious, loving, kind and caring. He is docile, passive and naive, especially with his women. He is the fiancee of Maggie and best friend of Carl.

MAGGIE WILLIAMS - A young vivacious, ruthless opportunistic woman from the Caribbean. She is the Fiancee of Kent and lover of Carl and James. Very attractive, severely illiterate. She is cunning and remarkable deceptive. She professes to be a Christian. She is secretively promiscuous.
ERICA WILLIAMS - Caribbean Immigrant to the USA for 20 years. Oblivious of reality. Insensitive and crude to those she deems as a misfit. She is the eldest sister to Maggie. A professed ‘holy’ Christian. Very critical of others, and extremely judgmental and prejudice to her compatriots. She hates black men. Mixes up her native dialect with the American English. Her behavior is most often seen as obnoxious and uppity.
CARL DRAKE - A married father of two minor children. He is an aerobic trainer, and instructor. Carl is very fashionable and attractive. He nickname himself the 'stud'. He is best friend of Kent and secret lover of Maggie. He is a womanizer and deceiver.
KEISHA GIBBS- Young beautiful, intelligent high profile Prostitute. She is very classy, and has an infectious personality. She is a musician and dancer. She is close friend and former band member of Kent.
JAMES LUGS - A married and lonely sex depraved pervert and peeper. Speaks with a foreign accent that people finds captivating. He wears huge eye glasses, because he is partially blind. He is the Landlord to Kent and Brother Brown. He is morbidly obese. He is one of Maggie’s secret lover and sugar daddy.
BROTHER BROWN - A widower and Baptist Christian. Kind neighbor to Kent. Caring to those he meets. He is the neighborhood ‘eyes’ and ‘ears’.
