Role Description

Daphne Stillington: (Supporting) British, pretty, eager, gently-bred debutante, a budding social climber, does not realize that her attempts to be more sophisticated than she is are highly transparent, any touch of youthful innocence about her is well leavened by her obvious ambition, in other words we must not feel she is being taken advantage of, actress must have an excellent British accent, the character may have to sing but it’s not a necessity.
