Production Description

RapeNoMoreLLC is casting a promotional video spot for "RapeNoMore," a documentary project examining the psychology of rape and the external that influence and dictate its perception in society. Producer states: "Culture, language, art, society, and gender identification/roles will be examined, as we analyze the definition and causes of rape from an international perspective. [To create] promotional awareness for the cause and the documentary, [we are] seeking young girls ages 8-11 to call attention the the misogyny and sexist lyrics behind Lil Wayne's song 'B*tches Love Me,' off of his upcoming 2013 album. These girls will recite the refrain or 'hook' for this demeaning song with no catchy music or gyrating dancers in the background to complement the words. We hope to reveal this work for what it is: a demeaning song which objectifies women and reduces them to animals and property. These girls will represent the faces of the 'b*tches' that he so casually references with the aid of recording artists Drake and Future. With objectification being one of the gateway points toward violence against women and rape, 'RapeNoMore' hopes to raise awareness that this [song] is much more than music, and [we believe that] releasing this song as a single available on radio stations across the country is artistically irresponsible."
