Role Description
Delbert Grady: (Supporting) DELBERT GRADY: (SUPPORTING) Seeking – Delbert: Balding, thin, distinguished Caucasian gentleman with a British accent who could be anywhere from late 20’s to 40’s. Experience with Gilbert & Sullivan a major plus. Ability to dance is required. Delbert needs to be a Second Baritone vocally. Delbert has flair, panache and charm. We’re looking for the right actor who can do all of the above while interpreting the Delbert Grady in Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining.
Production Description
Redrum: The Unauthorized Musical Parody of The Shining is a full length contemporary musical adaptation of Stanley Kubrick's The Shining.
After initial casting we will be going into the studio to record a couple of the numbers prior to shooting video shorts of those numbers in a soundstage environment.
The ultimate goal is a stage performance of the entire show. We will be using the recordings and videos to raise awareness and further development of the entire production.
