Dick Halloran: (Lead) bald (or willing to shave head), able to do a comedic interpretation of Scatman Crothers' performance in the Kubrick film, role requires a very talented dynamic tenor singing voice, must be able to dance (specifically tap), strong comedic timing and improv ability a must.

Production Description

Oakley Doo Productions Inc. is casting "Redrum: The Unauthorized Musical Parody of 'The Shining,'" a full-length contemporary musical adaptation of the Stanley Kubrick film. Producer states: "After initial casting, we will be going into the studio to record a couple of the numbers prior to shooting video shorts of those numbers in a sound stage environment. [Our] ultimate goal is a stage performance of the entire show. We will be using the recordings and videos to raise awareness and further develop the production."
