Role Description

The Father: (Lead) Note: In one scene this role needs to play a dead man resting in an open coffin.
The story begins at the father's funeral; lies in an open coffin; looks peaceful, but he waits for the forgiveness from his son; travels to the theater where his pianist son plays a requiem, searching for answers in his own way. Backstory: The father divorced with his wife due to a misunderstanding, thereby his son/daughter with the mother. He doesn't realize the importance of family when until his age catches up to him. He tries to approach to his son/daughter and asks for forgiveness, but fails each time. He suffers from cancer for a long time but never gets a word from his son/daughter. At his funeral, he lies in the coffin and waits for his son/daughter. When his son/daughter comes and connects with him spiritually, he can peacefully leave this earth.
