Role Description

Girl: (Supporting) to play late teens. Of Mexican descent. This character is Cristina (Cristina Marie), the super-heroine of the story. Part kung-fu mistress, part runaway child, she is the spawn of losers, so she’s comfortable in that world, but she’s no loser. Knows how to manage her way through the shoals of life and lives to court danger because it’s how she knows she can handle it. Fearless, or pretends she is, and brims with the wit and wisdom of her loser parents. No burn-out she. Joyful and tender and kind and loving and kickass-cool. Two-fisted, big-hearted, and still has all the teeth in her mouth. About 16, but going on 12 or going on 30. A capsule moment of "full-ass girlhood" caught in the headlights of time. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
