Production Description
Senses Askew Company is casting its 5:1 Showcase. Producer states: "Each play is unique and was chosen for the showcase because they resonated the mission of our Company which is exploring works that reflect the common denominator - the sense of humanity."
Productions include: "Last Reader of Books" (The last man left on earth to have read a book visits a class for show & tell. Ruben Carbajal, writer), "Act Normal" (Tells the story of the twisted lengths teenage twin brothers go through to hold onto each other while their world around them falls apart. Suzanne Dottino, writer), "Something from Nothing" (In which a man and a woman awake to find themselves in a black void with no memory of who they are or how they got there. Lynn Johanson, writer), "Sylvia & Jackie" (Does sibling rivalry ever die? Robin Rice Lichtig, writer), and "Echobell" (Jeff Nichols, writer).
