Sally sits on the floor at the coffee table coloring with her little cousin RILEY, 3. Rose holds up the adorable 6-month old BETHANY with a droopy diaper and jokingly threatens to hand the baby to Liam. Liam pretends not to know what to do with a baby and pulls back in mock panic making everyone laugh. Their mother, Sally and Rose’s cousin DARCY, chills out on the couch opposite them grateful for someone else to care for and entertain her kids for a bit.

Sally, Margaret, Rose, Hannah, her cousin Darcy, Liam, Marc, and Sally's high school girlfriend LAUREL, 28, sit around Liam's coffee table assembling wedding favors. Spread out everywhere are glass jars and ribbons, scissors and shapes cut out of construction paper, glitter and glue. Marc sits on the couch next to Sally, their shoulders touching. He laughs at something she's said as they talk conspiratorial. On the floor next to them Liam plays with Riley who toddles from one foot to the other still figuring out how to stand. On the other end of the couch Darcy sits with baby Bethany quietly nursing under a blanket. Hannah holds up a ridiculously made favor and Rose squeals with laughter and playfully bats it away. The pile of finished favors at the end of the coffee table is small and they still have a long way to go before they’ll be done. Several bridal magazines also lie open on the coffee table on top of which rest champagne flutes filled with mimosas. The box for the champagne flutes sits open behind the couch with white wrapping paper still hanging off of it, a wedding gift Sally opened early.
