Production Description

The Heights Players announces auditions for its October production, Ken Ludwig's "The Game's Afoot (or Holmes for The Holidays)," directed by Ed Healy. Synopsis: This hilarious play brings murder, mystery, mayhem, and madcap adventure to the stage. William Gillette, a Broadway superstar, famous the world over for his portrayal of Sherlock Holmes, has invited fellow cast members to his opulent home for a holiday dinner party. But when one of the guests winds up dead, Gillette has to summon every ounce of Sherlock to solve the mystery. This play will keep you laughing and trying to figure out whodunit until the final blow.

Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations

Rehearsals begin July 27 (Sun.-Thurs. nights); performs Oct. 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, & 25 at 8 p.m. and Oct. 12, 19, & 26 (2 p.m.); all auditions, rehearsals and performances will take place at the theater, 26 Willow Pl. (between State and Joralemon Sts.), Brooklyn Heights, NY.
