Role Description

Lady Bird Johnson: (Lead) the First Lady of the United States – an incredibly patient wife and shrewd First Lady, transforming the position. She bankrolled LBJ's first congressional campaign and ran his office during Navy duty. As First Lady she interacted directly with Congress, was the first to employ her own press secretary and chief of staff, and was a great advocate of infrastructure reforms and preservation of wildlife. An incredibly patient first wife who endures her husband's moodiness and verbal abuse.
