Point Theatre at The Hill Country Arts Foundation
Michelle Sorenson, admin

Production Description

Seeking interns for The Point Theatre. Admin states: "The Hill Country Arts Foundation is a center for the visual and performing arts that was established in 1959. A group of artists formed HCAF to enrich, educate, and enlighten members of the community through the arts. Since HCAF began, it has maintained an extensive internship program with theatre and college students from across the country. This opportunity is a valuable supplement to a strong theatrical education. The Smith-Ritch Point Theatre has 722 seats and features talented volunteers performing in the longest running outdoor theatre in Texas. The Elizabeth Huth Coates Black Box offers a more intimate setting with 150 seats. Both theatres are an integral part of HCAF and interns will be able to gain experience in both venues. An internship with the foundation is on-the-job training conducted under staff supervision."
