Role Description

Percy Blakeney (Grappin and the Scarlet Pimpernel): (Lead) character actor meets leading man, tenor – Bb3 – Ab5, a master of disguise, takes on multiple personae to help save doomed aristocrats from the guillotine; strong, courageous when he consults with the league and plans daring escapes, but more frequent disguise – used to put everyone off the scent – is the foolish, foppish nitwit, obsessed with men’s fashion and little else. Also assumes the role of Grappin, Belgian aid to Chauvelin.
