Role Description

Amber Henderson: (Lead) from the city limits of Little Rock, Arkansas. Single child. No kids. Has one surviving parent, Mrs. J. Henderson, who is a school teacher. Her father was killed in a trucking accident when she was young. Master's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Arkansas. Had the pleasure of working with William Jefferson Clinton while he was the governor of Arkansas. Through the urging of her mother, who doesn't think Amber can find a black man to match her pedigree in Arkansas, she accepts a job with CNBC as part of the White House Press Corps in Washington, DC. Smart, witty, attractive, successful, but a bit green to the fast-paced life in DC. Appears to be very well-equipped for whatever life throws at her--except this curveball coming her way.
