Production Description

Casting “…&theINFINITE.” Synopsis: Sylvia and Tristan both create imaginary worlds that they live in (one of pure light and one of absolute dark). Due to their inability to accept themselves for who they really are these worlds are extreme and abstract and obstruct them from emotionally growing. Ultimately Tristan is on a quest to be saved and Sylvia is on a quest to save someone, anyone. When they meet their worlds collide in a fantastic display of contrasting darkness and light until they finally are willing to accept themselves for who they really are. Sylvia is at her art opening waiting for her best friend Alex and meets Tristan who’s waiting for his best friend Russell. Even though it may be love at first sight both Alex and Russell are resistant to the idea of a budding relationship and will stop at nothing to keep Sylvia and Tristan from starting a potential life together.

Snipit of Dialogue

It's alright. This happens all the time to me. What can I say? I love women. I have all their albums.

Oh really? Should I be worried? Do I need my pepper spray?

Sylvia looks up at him inquisitively.

As kinky as that sounds I'd have to decline your offer. I figure it takes at least five? Four? Alright three. You have to at least give it three good gos. But then after that you'd realize that I'm just a self-loathing alcoholic writer with a God complex.

And what's wrong with that?

For someone with such a need to get in my pants you sure do have an excellent way of turning yourself down.

It's an occupational hazard.
