Script and Summary

Director states: "Upon submission I will email the script and audition time slots to selected actors/actresses."

Synopsis: An opening montage shows Victoria’s obsession to become the perfect ballerina/modern dancer. The dance school bell rings, which shakes us out of the montage and into reality, where Alexander, the dance teacher, announces that Victoria is invited to showcase auditions later that day. When Victoria arrives for the audition, she messes up by falling down. Alexander rejects her for the part due to her fall. As Victoria exits, an unknown dancer runs into the audition room. The unknown dancer does her audition, and messes up (falls) at the same exact part that Victoria fell. The difference is, when Alexander tells the unknown dancer that she is dismissed. The unknown dancer seduces him (sex scene, but clothed). Alexander tells the unknown dancer that she got the part. After secretly watching this audition in the wings of the stage, Victoria stalks the unknown dancer as the unknown dancer leaves the audition room. Victoria grabs the unknown dancer’s shoulder and turns the unknown dancer around to reveal her identity; the unknown dancer is Victoria, but with darker and more glamorous makeup. Cut to several weeks later, Victoria (the glamorous version) is on a stage enjoying her standing ovation, smiling into the crowd.
