Casting Winter Park Playhouse's 2014-15 season. Shows include: "Backwards in High Heels" (Lynette Barkley, Christopher McGovern, concept and development. Rehearsals begin July 14; runs July 31-Aug. 23); "They're Playing Our Song" (Neil Simon, book; Marvin Hamlisch, music; Carol Bayer Sager, lyrics. Rehearsals begin Aug. 25; runs Sept. 11-Oct. 4); "Isn't It Romantic? A Tribute to Rodgers & Hart" (Ray Alan, concept; Ned Wilkinson & Christopher Leavy, musical arrangements; Todd Allen, long narrative. Rehearsals begin Oct. 27; runs Nov. 13-23 and Dec. 4-13); "The Rat Pack Lounge" (James Hindman & Ray Roderick, writers; John Giaudini, musical arrangements; Rehearsals begin Dec. 29, 2014; runs Jan. 15-Feb. 14, 2015); "A Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine" (Dick Vosburgh, book & lyrics; Frank Lazarus, music. 20-30 yrs old / Range: F3 - G5 A maid who eventually becomes a party guest. Winsome and sexy, she routinely acts out because of her 'loneliness.' Ditzy, with little book smarts, but knows how to turn and manipulate people as a sultry seductress.
