One of the things that will be missed most from "30 Rock" are Frank's hats, a gimmick that Friedlander came up with himself. (He also chooses what's written on the hat each week.) While Friedlander had a long résumé of bit and comic parts before becoming lovable slob Frank Rossitano, now he'll never escape the trucker hats—and we hope he never wants to.
