9. Keith Powell

Before "30 Rock," Powell had some awesome credits like "Innocent Black Man" in "Reno 911!" and "Tuskegee Airman #1" in "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian," but the NBC sitcom minted him as "Toofer," the antithesis of all black stereotypes. Even though Powell studied acting at New York University, he'll forever be associated with his character's dedication to the Harvard Crimson. And we hope he really does use a Yale sweatshirt as a fart dampener.
