New York businessman Mark Hotton's arrest was the nail in the coffin for the doomed Broadway musical "Rebecca." Still, it seemed keeping up with the mysterious drama going on behind the scenes was more entertaining than any show could have ever promised to be. There was the millionaire investor who suddenly died of Malaria after a trip to Africa; the vicious e-mail that scared off a potential new investor; and the fact that many Broadway performers were placed in limbo, without work and a clue—much like the rest of us.
