As the world premiere of Liz Flahive’s “The Madrid” inches toward its Off-Broadway opening on February 26, actor Christopher Evan Welch has to step out of his role due a professional commitment. Welch who appeared in the film “Lincoln,” plays Danny, the kind, too helpful neighbor to Martha, played by Emmy Winner and Tony nominee Edie Falco. Darren Goldstein will assume the role.
