4. Amanda Bynes

The funny Amanda Bynes started out on Nickelodeon's sketch comedy show "All That" and went on to star in various teen comedies such as "What A Girl Wants," "She's The Man," and "Easy A." However in 2010, Bynes tweeted that she was retiring from acting because it was no longer fun. But it seems like Bynes has had a lot of fun since then, getting charged with multiple counts of drunk driving and hit-and-run accidents throughout this year. We hope she won't turn into the next Lohan. Bring back the old Amanda, please.
