To celebrate the 100th anniversary of “The Rite of Spring,” the Chicago-based Joffrey Ballet re-creates Stravinsky’s influential 1913 work as part of two programs being presented Feb. 1–3 at L.A. Music Center’s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.
