Thirteen actors bring every word of “The Great Gatsby” to life in Elevator Repair Service’s “Gatz.” The Brooklyn theater troupe’s seven-hour dramatization of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel (which includes two intermissions) makes its L.A. debut Nov. 28 at REDCAT.
