In Arnaud d’Usseau and James Gow’s hit 1945 Broadway drama, revived Off-Off-Broadway by Metropolitan Playhouse, Kelsey was mesmerizing as a liberal Southern woman of privilege who discovers how much she shares her society’s racial bigotry. I’ve seen Kelsey regularly do strong work for this vital company. I should be seeing her all over town.
