8. Dave Paris in “Romeo + Juliet” (1996)

Everyone remembers that “Romeo + Juliet” features a young Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes, but do recall that it also features a young Paul Rudd? In this modern adaptation of the Shakespeare classic, Rudd plays Dave Paris, the man Juliet’s parents want her to marry. Remember the fateful party scene at the Capulets’ home in the original play? In the updated film version, it’s a costume party, and Rudd’s character shows up at said costume party dressed in a giant space suit. Maybe that’s why Juliet wasn’t so into him?
