2. First Job and Most Exciting Career Moment

Her first professional gig was “Rap It Up,” a PSA to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS that aired on BET. But she says the most exciting moment of her career was joining the union. “It’s amazing how differently people treat you on set after whipping out your paid-up SAG card,” Richards says.
