1. "Looper" (2012)

In this futuristic flick, Joseph Simmons (Joseph Gordon-Leviit) is a hit man working for a mafia company. His job is to assassinate agents sent back in time from 2072 to the present, 2042. Things get loopy, shall we say, when Simmons realizes that the next agent he’s ordered to kill is none other than the future version of himself (played by Bruce Willis). But when future-Simmons escapes death, present-Simmons ends up in deep trouble with his superiors. Now, present-Simmons is on the run, and perhaps the only person that can help him is his own future self. Will Simmons be able to make sense of his time-traveling tribulation?
