6. "Hot Tub Time Machine" (2010)

In this time-travelling comedy, sort-of buddies Adam (John Cusack), Jacob (Clark Duke), Nick (Craig Robinson), and Lou (Rob Corddry) spend the weekend at a ski resort as a relief from their super depressing lives. Upon their arrival, they encounter a hot tub outside their room that magically transports them back to 1986 – which was the last time the men visited that ski resort. Talking to the hot tub repairman (Chevy Chase), they learn that they’ll have to re-enact everything that happened to them that 1986 weekend if they want to make it back to the present. Chaos inevitably ensues, but it all works out in the end: the men find ways in which they can alter their pasts to create better futures for themselves. (Photo by MGM)
