3. Dr. J.D. Dorian, "Scrubs"

If Dr. House is one of TV’s sexiest doctors, then Dr. J.D. Dorian (Zach Braff) on “Scrubs” has to be TV’s most adorable doctor. How could you not feel warm and fuzzy inside watching Dorian’s bromance play out with fellow doctor Christ Turk (Donald Faison)? Dorian starts at Sacred Heart Teaching Hospital as an intern, and eventually works his way to becoming a doctor of internal medicine and residency director. Besides being the show’s protagonist, Dorian also provides hilarious voiceovers and absurd daydreams that pepper every episode.
