2. “Americas Next Top Model”

Picture it: Angry, driven models prancing and twirling down the runway yell-singing at each other about who will earn that coveted “Top Model” spot. The fashion would be glamorous and the cast, inherently gorgeous. Leitmotifs will be weaved through the musical, specifically every time Tyra hesitantly reveals that final picture (after each challenge) and breathlessly says, “pack your bags, and go…,” which will be followed by an emotional Tyra-belting ballad titled, “You Don’t Know What I’ve Been Though.” The musical would be chalked full of divas and an inevitable star turn from Audra MacDonald as the fabulous Banks. The big number, however, would be the captivating makeover scene that occurs each season—the drama, the tears, the new hair.
