5. “Nurse Jackie”

This year’s com-ensem noms exactly mirror last year’s with one exception: “Nurse Jackie.” Truth is, it would fit in just as well in the drama category. Few shows on television blend serious drama, black comedy, and regular old comedy as deftly, and it’s about time the actors who surround the brilliant Edie Falco get some recognition as well.
